The Passport office should be in constant contact with you via email throughout the process, unless of course, you provided a wrong email address. They will use DHL (its official logistics partner) to ship the passport to you and DHL will send you an email with the tracking number in about 3 days after the passport office has released the passport.

Important - We’ll deliver to the address you gave to His Majesty’s Passport Office.
Someone will need to be at home in order to sign for your delivery.
The courier will not post it through the letterbox.
