I don’t know if it’s just that I wasn’t paying enough attention before, or if it’s related to the increased publicity of China’s hostility towards Taiwan, but I am noticing quite a few military planes these days, whereas before they would never catch my attention. Things a’brewin?

Seems like no extra flights from the base in Taitung. Of course , the mainland could invade here and it wouldn’t make the news in Taipei.

I said before- assembling an amphibious force to invade a modern well-armed enemy nation of 22 million across a distance three times the English Channel would probably draw some attention.
