Actually, I’ve long observed that Republicans love to use the force of government to limit individual freedom, contrary to what they claim to advocate. Their walk does not match their talk.

So, do you think it is suitable for below average High School kids?
Not at all. Most of it is jargon laden preaching to the converted. I would imagine that most high school kids would be as far removed as possible from the constructs that Freire attempts to analyze.
