Well, u can call it the best piadina place in Taipei as I’m not aware of anyone else doing it haha. Ford is alright, albeit a tad pricey for the offering.

BTW don’t waste ur time with Fumo, it was a bit of a disappointment, even one of the owners thinks that.
The manager is just sick of Tw, so can’t care any less tbh.

Had a Piadina in Bergamo貝爾加莫 which should be from this region (as well northern areas like Turin), does not look like the one in link you had.
Also, what cafe does this man own?

no, Piadina is not from Bergamo which is in Lombardy or Torino region (Piemonte). Piadina is from Emilia-Romagna region, specifically the coastal provinces of Rimini, Ravenna, Forli’-Cesena.
Having said that, the piadina in the pic looks a very normal piadina you can find in the North, well filled in although it looks slightly undercooked for me (I like it well cooked and almost crispy). I can guess taste was not too bad, but can’t see what’s inside (I can only see some cheese and that’s it).
