Only if this was a Bond movie or a Mission Impossible movie.
Guys helping Taiwan develop submarines end up dead from freak bike accidents?
Maybe the bike was messed with? Who knows? Or they just hired a negligent blue truck driver to “accidentally” run him over.
It would be the perfect assassination if you ask me.
