Burger King Thread 🍔

Don’t worry, it still is. At least in Taiwan.

Although as a fellow typo junky:

Game must respect game.

The full “King Challenge” ten-layer stack of chicken-fries burger, normally NT$584, will cost just NT$269—only 46 percent of the regular price.

If it were real chicken, and aestheically pleasing as pictured, I could eat that no problem on a heavy work day

However, this is burger king… I probably couldn’t even stomach the one on the far right.

One should question the chicken. Their meat quantity is very low to dollar ratio. It’s almost sure “chicken” paste patty style, like mcdonalds. So it’s basically a chicken flavored starch burger which would be hard to handle on a polite day.

If it’s actual pure chicken meat, apologies. Then I can only comment on the lousy quality of chicken rather than the click bait menus they put out often :joy:

They are just throwing shit at the wall now.

Its like every fast food company in Taiwan just devolves into coming up with weird shit.

How about you just make something good which is tasty to give me a reason to go there?

Ya, like tea, bubble tea, radish cakes, tea eggs, fried chicken etc. Loads of good [tasty] food to have. And once one goes past that, LOADS of fresh varied food available here!

I get the exotic feeling taiwanese have for trash American junk like burger king, pizza hut, mcdonalds and etc. I don’t understand why people that grew up with that junk care to eat it when far superior food is available at half the price locally (outside of language barriers and general lack of effort).

The fast food/convenience store style though is easily explained with factory and middle men pricing schemes. The consumer is getting truly fucked with such moosh. But I don’t want to beat a dead horse and point out the obvious haha :hugs:
