I am looking for cafes, restaurants, and bars which two people can sit next to each other looking outside the window.
Do you know any? Looking in Great Taipei area, but other areas are also fine. Any food type is OK.
AGCT Apartment near NTU fits the bill, if you can find the secret entrance.

Sitting next to each other looking out is different from facing each other next to a window. I think the OP wants to face outside. Mountain Kids Coffee next to the North Gate has it, but there are only about six such window seats. If you want a restaurant, Tulip Time Out hotdog in Ximen also has outside-facing seats.

Doesn’t almost every Starbucks have this? And most of the convenience stores these days.
Second floor of the Toasteria DunNan comes to mind. Not a nice view though.
Most 711’s offer that service.
