no but just google it. its like the most popular club other than omni people (that i know at least) go to
Just being devil’s advocate here, but it would be very interesting to go to this AI in a large group, with only ARCs, with the intention of recording the interaction. I am sure that it would be very interesting and useful video would be obtained.
As was noted above, satyagraha is necessary, and being the recipient of violence must not be feared for justice; especially when it is going to be recorded …
I don’t go clubbing anymore, but I’d be up for that.
So MC, how was your clubbing experience in Taipei?
In ancient times when they go clubbing they bring a club
they’re this one.
Is it possible to take legal action against these businesses? Or is that only an option of “the state”?
They are in clear violation of Article 62 of the current Immigration Law which states: “No one may discriminate against people living in Taiwan based on factors such as nationality, race, color, class, place of birth, etc.”. (Taken from the above article). Ultimately, these businesses will only behave if it hits them in the pocket book - class action lawsuits anyone?
The headline is wrong. It should read
“Taipei nightclub refuses PEOPLE THAT LOOK LIKE foreigners without passports amid coronavirus fears”
You know you’re on a forum with a lot of old and/or married folks when someone asks what to bring to a club and nobody answers “condoms”.
Shouldn’t need to be said.
You’d be surprised. And a newly arrived foreigner is less likely to know that women here are more willing to have unprotected sex than in many Western countries.

Depends on where you are going. Guys can get away with jeans, t-shirt and sneakers at some places and other places you’ll need to wear a shirt, pants and nicer shoes. For girls, a cocktail dress for any club is probably fair game for almost most places. I would suggest checking the club pictures on Google/FB and see what most people are wearing.

Bring your drivers license and passport as back up.

I think our fellow Formosans covered this above.
Stay safe!

It all went downhill from here… OP is asking what to bring, not if it’s safe or not, this is unnecessary since her brother is also going.
