With more people being allowed in, it’s inevitable that the number of imported cases will rise. It’s also inevitable that in any country that allows people to come in from countries with outbreaks (even countries like NZ), that restrictions will be implemented and relaxed again as needed to control the spread of the virus until a vaccine is available. This doesn’t mean it’s not working, it’s just an extra precaution. I think it’s a good thing.

That might work for imported cases. But there is no data about local cases.
How long are you willing to wait for a vaccine?

Today a nice lady called to check on me. Apparently even my trash has to be picked up and can’t be thrown with the regular trash pick up.
