I like going to my lady for big chuck roasts for stews because she cuts it into chunks for me, too. Eliminates half the work of cooking since I don’t have an enormous cleaver and it takes much more effort for me to cut up a big hunk of beef.
I’m finally starting to get the recognition I deserve!
