Hi, I was wondering if anyone found a good credit card (that accept aprc/arc) holders to play the miles games to accumulate rewards? I was wondering what was the “best” option in Taiwan? Thank you!

It’s the easiest, I have the amex Eva air platinum. You apply online even. And also if you have an amex from another country, that makes it even easier to get a card.
