That’s right, they basically use the skin from the existing genitals, sometimes adding fat from elsewhere or an implant.

maybe the penis had a mind of its own, went up and down by itself without regards for what the guy actually wanted and all of a sudden he found himself attracted to midgets in clown costumes.
