DS games for learning characters?

Hello,

does anybody know if there are Nintendo DS games in Taiwan for learning the characters? I have some of this software for Japanese, and it’s quite good: You have a sentence, where a word is written in phonetic script, and you have to write the Chinese characters for it, or reverse, you have to write the reading of an underlined character. Also, it is grouped in 10 levels, and the short sentencens are nice to learn the vocabulary as well.

Does anybody know if there is something like that in Taiwan?

Well this doesn’t really look sophisticated.

The advantage of the Japanese DS games is that there is a HUGE amount of exercises, example sentences etc. (Also for really advanced stuff) in it, because it is developed for native speakers.

I doubt any software like the one you mentioned could do that.
