It was 6.5 and off the coast of Taidong.

Nah, it seems if the epicenter is far away (this one was 6.5 down near Taidong) you get those waves/wobbles up here.
But if the epicenter is close you get the rumbling and shaking - and that’s when I start to get worried …

Yes, that was a kurouji earthquake, staged by the DPP no doubt to show visiting dignitaries from overseas (and Michael Jordan’s advance team) the wonders of life on the 19th floor of the Far Eastern Hotel…if only for a few seconds.
