Seemingly 7-11 and FamilyMart are reducing their seat capacity, my local 7-11 has only 12 seats on a bar like structure, the newly renovated FamilyMart went down from 16-20 seats to only 4. Guess chairs and tables don’t make money, more fridges/shelves do.
Not sure where to put this. I think I witnessed someone shoplifting. I can’t be sure because I didn’t notice what was in his hands when he entered. But when he left, he had some items and he walked out without paying. The clerk looked like he was too busy attending a customer to notice.
Down south, there’s seating everywhere, and more and more 7-Elevens have draft beer counters with stools and a TV to watch sports events.
