Thanks for that. I will try and find the reason when I get time, but its good (in a way) that you found the same thing.
The url tag is useful the way you describe it, as it keeps links from spreading across the whole page. For shorter links though, or where the link is actually linking a url, then it isn’t necessary.
Should give the same result.
Well you probably know that anyway, but when I took out the [url] bit of an offending post, all was well. Curious…
[quote]The 222 error strikes again:

Thanks, it should be working now.
I can’t bring up this topic: forumosa.com/taiwan/viewtopic.php?t=55319
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in / [EDITED BY GOOSE EGG] on line 222
Whenever I try to access the Naming Multicultural Babies thread on the parents forum, I receive the following error message:
That should be fixed now. Please check and let me know.
For all other 222 errors, please post them in this thread for fast fix time:
That should be fixed now.
Please note that this thread already exists for this problem:
Please also post a link to the forum in question and if possible to the page preceding the problem page.
BBCode’s broken now
http://www.taiwanho.com See ?
Oh… it’s on again, you did that just to make me look silly :raspberry:
I did :raspberry:
It’s necessary to fix the bugs, but it was only off for a minute.
[url=http://tw.forumosa.com/t/science-discoveries-related-to-health-and-fitness/32721/1 link[/url] seems to be broken.
Ah that link. Should be ok now.
A lot of (actually most) threads aren’t opening for me tonight. Main page looks like this:
Most say “cannot open page”. Not sure what’s up.
I would say that the internet tonight, including forumosa, is (to put it technically) poopy.
I’m having intermittent connection problems too this morning, but the url above is broken because of the bbcode url bug, not network problems. The url is something Malc can fix.
Those threads should be okay now.
It seems like it is the really long links that is causing the problem.
That thread should be working now.
Can’t seem to open up this thread. Get that dreaded 222 error.
