In my family the so called ‘chicken ass’ was called the ‘parsons nose’

You could always refer to it as ‘the Pope’s nose’ as it was done in my broad-Anglican family.

One of my girlfriends friends, put whole prawn in her mouth shell, head the lot, then shells it inside her mouth spitting the shell out.
I’ve tried no way I can.
This is the true pro move. Only the most seasoned locals, ones who’ve been eating seafood since they started eating solids, have mastered the shrimp like this. 
It’s that lucky forehead.
