When you select a text, a “Quote” button will pop-up.
Just click on that

while we’re on it, how do you do the nested quotes where its like five or six levels deep? just highlight the lot never seems to work right for me

I start a draft comment, then go back up to the top search bar search to find next comment I want to quote, hit quote again, and it pops into that same draft comment box and just continue for every quote after that.

Took me a while to get proficient.

You have to select both levels of the quote for it to show properly.

For example,

it would be better if we could highlight and quote multiple parts of someone’s comment at the same time.

Instead of quoting one part and then scrolling back up and doing the next.

Is that possible @RickRoll

For me the functionality is great. (Using safari or chrome) There’s no “scrolling back up” as my text box floats at the bottom half of the screen and stays wherever I am in the thread. So I can select multiple quotes without moving away from the post I am quoting. For example:

Literally just double clicked on each word in your post followed by clicking the quote button that appeared next to the word.

Do you need to scroll back?
I have the same experience as @projectmaximus and I’m on Android.
