Just for flat out DeNiro I think I’d have to say Cape Fear.
No it’s not. Other than the wedding scene was dragged on a bit, the whole film is brilliant.
Never seen that one and tbh I’m more interested in the original version ft. Robert Mitchum.

More interested in watching the original version. Scorsese’s Cape Fear is a remake.

No. I’ve heard bad things about Scorsese’s remake, and I LOVE Robert Mitchum.
I thought the flame thrower scene was handled well. Or, was that a Tarantino movie?
If you don’t like Stiller, Deerhunter, or Cape Fear, we’re done. 
Don’t give up on me! I liked Ben in Tropic Thunder. 
I didn’t like that one so much, but it had a couple of moments.
I just remembered he was in The Cable Guy. Oh, and he was funny in that movie where he and Owen play the fashion models.
