I found the Mountain Dew!

Has anyone had a decent Khlav Kalash in Taiwan? Taipei preferred, but willing to travel.

We seem to be going in circles in this thread…

  1. Taiwan has Mountain Dew now! It’s at (fill in the blank)
  2. Really? You know it’s not real Mountain Dew.
  3. Sugary drinks will kill you.
  4. I saw Mountain Dew today! It’s at (fill in the blank).

Round and round we go.

For some reason it’s 激浪 in Chinese. Why not 山露?

I don’t know, I even asked they said they don’t know and then asked “Do you want to try the bike challenge, riding a bike across that net.” Asking pops to ride across the net LOL
Anyway the drink tastes great, got a free sample.

The version sold here in Taiwan tastes watered down to me and not carbonated enough. Tastes flat as soon as you open it.

I’ll take a cold Dr. Pepper over this version of Mt. Dew any day.

I really like the diet Dr. Pepper in America.
My favorite fizzy drink.

I haven’t tried it until last week.
It tastes like medicine.

Nah…
That Taiwanese WeiDaLi stuff tastes more like medicine.

That’s probably my second favorite. I see a pattern here.

Good morning folks. It’s at 7/11 today. Pardon me I meant Family Mart. 29 dollars. Enjoy.

No.

I’ll take a crab juice over Mt. Dew.

Soda at 10AM?? I don’t know how you people do it…I can’t stomach anything but water until after lunch, at which point I can maybe begin to consider having tea. Maybe.

I used to occasionally down mimosas (champagne and chilled orange juice) for breakfast during my heavier drinking days in my 20s. Now I can barely do coffee.
