FWIW it doesn’t seem this sub is designed to carry nuclear weapons from what I can see. The headline may be misleading in that sense. Obviously that doesn’t make the idiocy any less idiotic though. That’s top notch idiocy
I think they were just testing it in the water and it doesn’t have a functioning nuclear reactor yet. Probably a good thing.
