There was one case of community transmission back in March. If I recall the details correctly a Tourism Bureau skirted the precautions and had lunch with an acquaintance at the airport who had just arrived from overseas. Acquaintance had Covid and official was infected.

Great. One outbreak out of the hundreds of thousands of people that have arrived. We can call these acceptable odds.

I am suggesting that some of the narratives (note, plural) have been different than the facts in various places. Perhaps reality, but that word could be loaded…
