I’m a school owner in New Taipei City. I posted not too long ago looking for a partner to help me expand the school. Are you the only owner of your business or do you have a group? I’d be interested in branching out and collaborating.
The pay structure is a bit of a problem though. I would love to pay my teachers as much as you are proposing but your costs would be through the roof to begin a business. You will be bleeding money for a year or more.

Everyone complains about low wages.
Guy says that he will offer more.
People ridicule his numbers.
Reminds me of a guy a few years back who told me it was impossible to make 100k a month teaching English.
I was making that easily. He wouldn’t believe it and wanted proof. Proof wouldn’t have mattered to him, he would have made an excuse as to why my situation was different.
1200 to 1500 is what I was offered at a different school. Had to be able to speak Chinese with parents though. I didnt think my Chinese was good enough, but the person offering said it was. I chose to stay in my little pond making less with less responsibility.

No…existing successful school with too many students and not enough teachers.
Especially foreign ones who could speak Chinese.
