includes the Apple lanyard. The lanyard is kinda dirty since was in my bag. Iām sure a wash would care of it. Everything is perfect condition.

Ha Ha. I had my HD installed today. Your friend at Nova told me you were there too earlier looking for the nano. I told your friend āWerenāt they supposed to come in a week or so?ā
He replied: Garyās not very patient. He wants it now.
thatās me.
everyday Iām asking my co-workers away or the shops here in taipei. whoās first.
one work buddy came back from Singapore, just checked one store and no time for the rest. the ones away for the week, Iām gonna kick their ass if they come back empty.
your iBook is good chichow? I think we were all gonna meet at miltownkidās place someday?
First time with a precise answer. The Jinhua store says saturday. They will have āmany. So if you want to buy 2 or 3ā¦ā
Iāve got to go to Shanghai next week so weeknights this week Wed Th
and Mon or Tue next week are good to meet in YongHe.
iBook is fine. Havenāt really noticed the difference too much in terms of the newer drive.
THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD HAVE DONE A HD SWAP on an iBOOK. NO WAY.
It would have taken me 4-5 hours and the amount of screws and prying is unbelievable and Iām pretty darn computer savvy. Better to pay and nominal amount to your friend (going to ximen) and have him do it.
Your friends eyes also popped out at the drive 5400rpm 100Gb. His eyes then bugged out when he heard the price. The prices in the states are so much cheaper than here. Even the 1Gb So-DIMM is 1000NT more expensive here. Iām holding off buying it untill miltownkid picks up the ibook/PBā¦HINT HINT if heās watching

And it looks like you really need that, according to this article:
iPod Nano owners in screen scratch trauma
Thatās strange, my iPod Mini has a few scratches on the back, but the screen is really scratch-resistant.
Well, I guess they had to cut the costs somehowā¦

I just picked up another gig stick from Transcend. 4869 after a 10% discount. Itās nice to finally be at 2 gigs.
surely its only a matter time until they can combine the likes of the ipod nana AND a sony t7? i would buy something like that⦠
Weāll see.
Apple may but not for a long long time.
Cameras will get smaller. Weāll soon have these lenses.
Size and weight matters!!!
I had the 40Gb, the 6Gb mini, and now have had the 4Gb nano for 2 weeks. It beats all the rest for convenience.
Just toss it in the shirt pocket or pants pocket. Then always have music, but not some bulky item banging around in my pockets.
I love it. And now i always carry my music. Not just when I have room.
1000 songs, 500 pictures. Didnāt think I would care about the pics, but they are nice to have along to show friends from latest vacation. Never carried pictures around for spontaneous showing of pics.
Size is fine. I just change music every week or so. Simple.
By the way, yesterday I checked price K-mall across from Taipei main station. Price is almost identical to best prices in US right now.
Does yours scratch easily? Iāve read around on the internet that many people say their Nano, especially the screen, scratches rather easily and at some point the screen is pretty hard to read.
so, very soon youāll hate it and throw it out ā¦
yes, the nano scratches very easy. I bought a clear cover for it similar to the plastic that you can buy for the screen on palm pilots. Works great.
Sounds good then, Iāll probably buy one (or a few, since I can get a discount for them through my uni)
Thereās already a thread about it. Itās only a couple of lines down ā or up, depending on when you look at the forum.
BTW, Apple has admitted that there is a problem with the Nano screens fracturing. If yours breaks, they will replace the screen free (subject to the usual two months of turnaround time that it takes for Apple to do anything).
1% of nanos have an issue with the screen. allpe idād the problem and offered FULL replacements screesn within a week of release. shame other electronics manufacturers dont offer such service
I am gonna wait till 2nd or 3rd generation ones are by then they will be cheaper and all the flaws will be gone. Plus I just bought the 6g mini like 4 months ago, and thats barely enough room for me, 4 is just too small.
