What Italian Restaurants would people recommend? I’m looking for thin crust pizza and simple but tasty pasta…

you are in for a treat. I suggest also contact him first on line (they have the official restaurant line contact) to pre-order the Sardinian traditional roast pork (porceddu). And absolutely try the oven cooked seasalt-covered seabass. AND ALL HIS PASTAS!

I really wanted to go there some time ago, but never got around to it. Do you know which restaurant I’m talking …

Do you remember what type of cuisine it was? Like fine dining, pizza, some regional?

William (the owner) has been in Taiwan for a long time, married to a TW lady. He knows his trade. Too bad he supports AC Milan haha (I am an Inter Milan fan).
