Jipai mei’s name is Zheng Jia-chun (鄭家純). So the first character refers to herself. I guess it’s the cup of Jia-chun’s love?

Yeah, she is conversationally proficient I think. She talks about learning Japanese on her livestreams and does promotion for some Japanese learning programs.
I may not watch her youtube channel or buy her products, but I’m glad that there’s at least one celebrity in Taiwan who can speak her mind on social and political issues and just be herself in general. We have hundreds of those PR rehearsed fake facade celebrities anyway, who needs another one?
