Kerry honored

Kerry honored at communist museum

A Ho Chi Minh City museum that honors Vietnam war protesters features a photograph of Sen. John Kerry being greeted by the general secretary of the Communist Party, Comrade Do Muoi.

A snapshot of the display in the Vietnamese Communist War Remnants Museum

blueface, the worldnetdaily is a rightwing nutcase conservative site run by imbeciles. find a better quote.

Lane119, look at the poster, then at the link, the two make perfect sense together

So the story is not true, the picture does not exist, the event never happened? Care to prove that yourself?

All I know is worldnetdaily is NOT to be trusted. Period. They are total nutcases rightwing paranoid evildoers. Not Labradoers, EVILdoers.

[And as often happens in this kind of “photo”, it is very likely a photoshopped pic done by rightwing nuts out to get Kerry. There was a photo a few months ago that SHOWED KErry at the same podium with Jane Commie Fonda, but turned out later the photo was a fake.

Guess which website touted the fake photo and never apologized?

I don’t know details of this Vietname museum photo but chances are it will be found out to be a fake soon enough. GOP dirty tricks is the game. They love this shit.]

At least Kerry and his wife don’t have pajama parties with commie scum, right?

Dubya and the missus welcome Jiang Zemin and the ol’ lady to the Crawford Ranch for a friendly Texas barbecue and a few games of hide the horseshoes.

While the ladies retreat to the bedroom, Dubya loosens up the Commie leader with a few drinks.

. . . then the guys slip into their pajamas for some fun and games

MT, but according to our resident neo’s, this will be explainable as a necessity of Foreign Diplomacy

And who is considering dropping the ban on certain weapons sales to China as we near the 15th anniversary of the Tiananmen Sq. Massacre?

TM, neither me nor my country :raspberry: :raspberry:

Apparently the Brits are about to join in with the rest of ‘old’ Europe on dropping the arms ban. So much for Blair’s ‘ethical foreign policy’. At least the action in Iraq could be argued to be for the good of democracy etc etc. This on the other hand…

On the picture thing… who gives a rats ass if the vietnamese have a picture of kerry, or even think he helped them to win. Do we believe everything that the Vietnamese state says?

I trust them more than Kerry.

does that make you a red?

I just googled and found this site:

freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1145322/posts

Never have seen this site either, so cannot vouch for it.

Hardly…just a good judge of character.

Of course, Bush was only meeting with Chinese leaders because foreign diplomacy necessitated it.

Happy to comply as the Resident Neocon

Maybe fred but there is still no excuse for Bush holding a fancy dress party

But then again, with legs like that, who can blame the guy for wanting to dress up?

Is this stuff true, or another worldnetdaily thing?

QUOTE:

Anyone remember this??

It was 1987! At a lecture the other day they were playing an old news video of Lt.Col. Oliver North testifying at the Iran-Contra hearings during the Reagan Administration.

There was Ollie in front of God and country getting the third degree, but what he said was stunning!

He was being drilled by a senator; “Did you not recently spend close to $60,000 for a home security system?”

Ollie replied, “Yes, I did, Sir.”

The senator continued, trying to get a laugh out of the audience, “Isn’t that just a little excessive?”

“No, sir,” continued Ollie.

“No? And why not?” the senator asked.

“Because the lives of my family and I were threatened, sir.”

“Threatened? By whom?” the senator questioned.

“By a terrorist, sir” Ollie answered.

“Terrori! st? What terrorist could possibly scare you that much?”

“His name is Osama bin Laden, sir” Ollie replied.

At this point the senator tried to repeat the name, but couldn’t pronounce it, which most people back then probably couldn’t. A couple of people laughed at the attempt. Then the senator continued. Why are you so afraid of this man?" the senator asked.

“Because, sir, he is the most evil person alive that I know of”, Ollie answered.

“And what do you recommend we do about him?” asked the senator.

“Well, sir, if it was up to me, I would recommend that an assassin team be formed to eliminate him and his men from the face of the earth.”
(and many of us laughed and mocked him)
The senator disagreed with this approach, and that was all that was shown of the clip.

By the way, that senator was Al Gore

Also THIS: TRUE OR FALSE? It is making the Internet rounds now:

911 Terrorist pilot Mohammad Atta blew up a bus in Israel in 1986. The Israelis captured, tried and imprisoned him. As part of the Oslo agreement with the Palestinians in 1993, Israel had to agree to release so-called “political prisoners.”

However, the Israelis would not release any with blood on their hands, The American President at the time, Bill Clinton, and his Secretary of State, Warren Christopher, “insisted” that all prisoners be released.

Thus Mohammad Atta was freed and eventually thanked the US by flying an airplane into Tower One of the World Trade Center. This was reported by many of the American TV networks at the time that the terrorists were first identified. It was censored in the US from all later reports.

TRUE OR FALSE?

Tigerman, another wobbly rightwing nutcase website for of shit. These guys are paranoid joiks. They repeat Internet nonsense that suits their needs to make the urban legends sound more plausible. That photo is a fake. Keep googling, sir. I can vouch for that site. Obnoxious and lies lies lies. OF course, i am biased.

20 victor charlie k.i.a.'s should count for something. how many did mr. “bring 'em on” have when his turn came up?
