Is there an active metal scene in Taipei? I am looking for places (bars/clubs…) and people to go there with (or just hang out^^)

Heavy metal concerts/gigs

Any idea where I can find heavy metal gigs in Taipei? I know they exist but they do such a poor job of advertising that by the time I find out they’re gone. I’m not looking for big bands just local bands playing at live houses such as The Wall.
