I’m hearing that it was not Breeze that purchased Casual but instead it was Regent Group (probably FIH Regent, which is now known as Silks Hotel Group). But I still haven’t seen any announcement about this – I did see an article about Silks divesting itself of Dominos Pizza 2 years ago
