Taiwan supposedly has close to 90,000 air raid shelters for people to hide in, in the event of emergency. The government has been carrying out inspections recently, but some question if they prioritize quantity over quality.

âCivilians should prepare their own suppliesâ. Sure. I want to carry my bug out bag everywhere I go and at all times, that way if I have to take shelter in a parking garage, I will have food, water, etc. while I am crammed in a parking garage that doesnât have AC or ventilation with who knows how many people. Excellent planning!
