🆔 New format for ARC/APRC number is not accepted--testing and reporting thread

I got my new ID Number and updated it in the Android HSR App and the Android EZ-Way Customs App. Both accepted the new number without any problems.
The HSR App seems to accept any number now. (Had the numbers switched around A009 instead of A900. Was accepted by the system anyway.)

EZ Way App - Customs information

I updated my ARC Card and had to change the ID Number saved in the app. This is how it works: Make a new account with the updated information, as there is no other way to do it. (I asked the customer service). Send an email to ezway@tradevan.com.tw with Account number/ name Your full Name Old ID Number E-Mail address of said account Phone number of said account Reason why you want to delete the old account.
