I updated my ARC Card and had to change the ID Number saved in the app. This is how it works:

Make a new account with the updated information, as there is no other way to do it. (I asked the customer service).

Send an email to ezway@tradevan.com.tw with
- Account number/ name
- Your full Name
- Old ID Number
- E-Mail address of said account
- Phone number of said account
- Reason why you want to delete the old account.
That’s all. Took me 10 minutes to get everything done. Support answered in a timely fashion and was quite helpful.
I must say that they got better since the last time.
