I have relatives I could ask . They might take it the wrong way though. They are lesbian and gay. Some even have kids. One identifies as husband but still a woman. I think it’s more likely I encounter folks with alternative sexual orientation over there.

Yup. I was vaguely aware of a tech figure influential in government who’s apparently been instrumental in the Covid response. But that was the extent of my “knowledge”. Had no idea what the person’s name was.
