I am all into “pizza good”! Will try them out this month next time we drive through there.
I love me a good pizza. But to be honest i am not picky, i can eat nearly any pizza, so that is a nice middle journey pit stop for a good meal and sone stimulants! Cheers

So what good Pizza did you have in Pingtung, north of Fangliaoㄥ I found N.V PIZZA 黑火山披薩潮州店 in ChouZhou and IL NETTUNO (nice Italian guy and wife+ good food) in Pingtung City but I guess you know more and hope you can share ones you know.
Another nice tea and desert cafe (Japanese light food too) , a bit more north in ChauZhou
I havent had any truly amazing pizza in pingtung in about 4 or 5 years. I have faith there is some, but havent seen it. Lots of alright ones but any that i know of and i would care to promote are all out of buisness 
What’s the difference between that and a nice pizza pizzeria with coffee good?

haha, not many places have both. There is place call GOOD MAN Coffee (or Cafe?) they have a huge menu with Steaks, burgers but forgot if they had Pizza?

Of course! In our lovely capital, we have Zoca Pizzeria (Verona style), Pizza Has a Face (NY style), Solo Pizza (Napoli routed through Japan style) . . .
But since this thread is about Pingtung, I shall desist.

Interestingly tge 2 best pizza places i have ever had in Taiwan were both in Pingtung. One sonewhere around Manzou if i remember correctly. It was tucked away a bit. The other was near Sandimen but has been closed for years as well.

Anyone know any good new places in or around Dong gang? Will be there for a bit during CNY thought id get my western food options mapped out ahead of time this year.

Honestly i have only been working all day pre CNY i havent even talked to family yet about exact dates 
sorry, no new places have come to my attention other than the ultra expeanive runny stool banquet styles the elders so much enjoy 
no sense mentioning them unless this becomes a food poisoning warning thread lol.
i am planning to certainly check out your positino suggestion while there! Looks interesting, even if family isnt interested i can go alone haha. If you see a sunburnt half awake starving white monkey there, say hi! The other places are noted, but while working around pingtung this trip i tend to let the crews decide. I dont like being “that” white guy suggesting food to them that they obviously dont like. In dong gang, i will get bored during family visit when they are at work or just watching tv, thats my time to sneak in some western food 
those few years subway was open there i was in a simple kind of bliss!
