Are you doing a piece of homework about the prices of stuff in Taiwan or something?
@Taiwan_Luthiers seems to like going to Costco a lot and talking about the prices of food items - maybe you can bribe him to take some photos for you. 
Some items might be listed on https://www.daybuy.tw/, but I find that site quite irritating to use so don’t really bother. I don’t think they sell Edam usually (at least I don’t remember seeing it). Not great for cheddar these days either, unless you’re talking about the plasticky American stuff.
