It is irrefutable that soy has estrogenic properties. Make of that what you will. For example, doctors in Taiwan recommend that women with breast cancer reduce in-take of soy.

I looked for research:
“Total and free testosterone concentrations were inversely correlated with soy product intake after controlling for the covariates, but these correlations were of borderline significance”
https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1207/s15327914nc3601_3

“Borderline significant associations” … “total testosterone” …

While the jury is out I rather err on the side of caution and not get most of my proteins from soy.

These were the first two matches on Google scholar. That is about enough reading for one night.

It’s not, but whatever. I don’t like Brussels sprouts because they’re the devil. :idunno:

They serve only soy protein in prisons in the states… not sure why, probably because it’s cheap or something.

Not surprisingly we ended up with non dairy milks as a cheap normal standard. loads around. from shute to excellent.

Unfortunately the fashion pubas have gotten ahold of the whole vegan and healthy fads and made things like oat milks that were cheap before a new and prosperous racket

References? Author? Actual research?

After moving here I started drinking soy milk. I was crying all the time. My boobs got much, much larger. I really felt prissy and soft. Just my personal experience.

You sure? last time I saw you I don’t see any man boobs…

Everybody knows that.

My last gf observed I had bigger tits than she did.

Either she has very small tits or you changed a lot.

Masculinity really is so fragile that it must be protected at all costs

I didn’t say I didn’t like all of the sobbing, huge tits, and feeling soft and prissy.

Maybe it’s more healthy for them, try keep people healthy with good minds

I have soy milk literally every day and I literally can’t remember the last time I sobbed or felt soft, whatever that means.

How much cheaper? The almost 4 liters of Kirkland milk are like 210/220? Milk have more protein too.

I usually get it from 7-11 and 1 litre is like 40.
