Bella, the main character is threatened and stalked by this nutter and she just snaps and then over the course of a weekend, she brutally murders every man who says or does anything she doesn’t like. On Monday, she gets up and goes back to her typing job, cleansed.

Not everyone’s cup of tea, but SO life affirming and fab if you were a teenaged girl at that time. There doesn’t seem to be that kind of ethic /aesthetic, nowadays, which is a shame.
