RIP Bob Probert

Nah…Fleury’s written a book lately and Wendell definitely should, so let’s let them tell their own stories.

All good, Sandman; it’s the off season and there’s not a lot of chance to talk hockey other than the few brews we have after our skate on Thursday nights. :frowning: You should strap on the blades and come out some time if you feel like it.

I maybe will, one of these days. I was considered pretty fast and dangerous – when I was like 8 years old  – it must be 30 years since I last skated. I’ll probably wait until the boy is old enough, though – he’s DEFINITELY going to learn how to skate before he goes to school.

That’s great, man! If you’re at all interested, I’ve got a mate who runs a hockey program for kids here, both ice and inline. They start as young as four or five and a lot of kids love it so much that they stick with the program for years. A lot of the coaches play in our adult hockey league. PM me if you want details.

That they are. We had Dalton though - nasty clown-man.
