Roe v. Wade overturned

The irony of you not understanding abortion movement started in the US is exactly about making sure the poor doesn’t populate :joy:

I hate to say it my guy but you are probably the mark in this scenario. You really think you are going to get a gold star in heaven for this one eh?

Oh where to begin

What will surely happen is there will be a massive surge of maternal and neonatal deaths due to unsafe abortions thanks to these rancid morons.

I don’t need rewards :joy:

I just want people to be able to live.

When do people become people do you say? God forbid you don’t…spill your “seed”. Do you know how many “unborn children”’ you just played God with and took out of the running?

Yeah I really should just delete my account.

I can’t give you an exact answer but I can say we should side on caution.

You guys can say whatever you want and call me a hypocrite. That’s fine. You don’t know me personally and know what I do.

My business’s biggest charitable contributions is towards a local hospice for children with terminal illness and supporting their families. The 2nd is helping women get back into the work force. Donating interview clothes for example. So you can say what you want but I live my truth and put my money where my mouth is and my time.

What have you guys done for children and women?

Every pound I donate to these children and every min I spend with them shows me that they all deserved to live, even for a short time. Life is beautiful and every moment has magic.

Good day to you all.

And I hope I never will.

So are maternal and neonatal deaths due to unsafe abortions, apparently.

Your donation means nothing to them.

If you need to go to a blue state to get an abortion, I’ll give you a ride.

I think you’re right about that. They’ve just created a rallying cry.

I really fucking hope so.

True, but at the state level, this late in the term, er, game?

The Biden midterm pushback is on its way. Interesting summer coming.

I agree, but day one seems a little over-cautious. I feel like it should be possible to have a reasonable conversation about when and why we draw the line, but I don’t really see that happening here or in the political world, and I think that’s a shame.

As others have said, it’s now pretty much a lottery in the US as to whether a woman lives somewhere she can have an abortion, and moving often isn’t a realistic option. I don’t see how that’s the best outcome for any morality.

Just wait until they try to take out birth control. If they can muster that, @finley’s police state dystopia vision might very well come true in the US.

Someone please tell me why the hell outlawing abortion in a good chunk of the country and THEN taking away birth control, increasing unwanted pregnancies, is - in your opinion - even remotely logical and not a gross violation of the separation of church and state? It just seems so openly sadistic

Your mouth is pretty big, so how much are you actually putting there?

Probably as big as a stillborn infant that died from unsafe abortion.

That’s correct and fine, but that conversation should not happen exclusively by 9 people wearing robes. We have a constitution and a process for interpreting it, and we have a legislature to make laws. Under any reasonable interpretation of the American Republic, today’s decision is obviously correct.

The police state where the court says that the federal state doesn’t have the right to impose policing on the several states?

Enough to fund an entire day of fun for terminally ill children with specialists during the pandemic when they suffered more than anyone.

You can joke and say what you want about me. Say I hate women or whatever. I employ mostly women and help them get back into the workforce. I help children.

What do you guys do besides complaining on forumosa?
