How do you define the term âbiological weaponsâ, @Mick ? Some special strain of anthrax bacterium? Or some special fancy virus? Is there some clear definition with clearly defined criteria of what makes them a biological weapon? In our modern world, when you can grab a flight to everywhere from everywhere, almost instantly you will have a case of Ebola in New York City originating from Liberia, as it actualy happened. This makes the whole idea of biological weapons useless from the rational point of view. One American bureaucrat was questioned, and she had to choose her words very precisely and clearly, as they are supposed and trained to do, legally speaking. Basically on 10 seconds of Nullandâs words, you (and Russian propaganda) create a huge mysterious conspiracy of the biolabs aimed to destroy Russia.
Does it include the NATO bombings in Afghanistan, Libya and Serbia?

The term âA small victorious warâ was proposed by the Russian minister of the interior Vyacheslav Pleve, referring to the Russo-Japanese war of 1904-1905, which got completely fucked up by Russia. The idea was to capture Kiev in one week, something like it happenned with the annexation of Crimea. NATO? No. You underestimate the irrationality of Russia when trying to ask rational questions.

Are you aware that Ukraine is a sovereign state, not legally a part of Russia or anyhow legally oblidged to Russia? Are you aware that Ukraine was moving to integration with the EU, that trigerred all the events in 2013-2014 from the side of Russia? Are you aware that Russia annexed the Crimea in March 2014 and started the shit in Donbass? Are you aware about the recent and curent situation in DNR and LNR, their leaders, all that happened to these territories under pro-Russian warlord leaders? Are you aware about Russia, and what is going on inside Russia, the system, how it works, who are their elites?

I already told you I am not interested in a larger broader conversation on biolabs. I pointed out initially it was stressed in the Western media biolabs were some sort of Russian talking point and should be ignored only for about a month later for Victoria Nuland to testify that oh yes there are biological facilities and we are worried Russians might get their hands on the contents.
That claim you called nonsense, so I showed you the video where she plainly says exactly what I claimed.
My point wasnât about biolabs, it was one of several that illustrated the Western media can sometimes give a misleading impression of what is really going on.
As supporting evidence, I posted the actual Ukraine-US biolabs agreement a very long time ago. I got it from the US State Department website itself. Here it is again if anyone is interested:

Well, sometimes the reality is what is actually described in this document dated 1993, not what putinists or global conspiracy theorists fuelled by Russian propaganda here try to make it to be.
Does it hurt you? I can claim this statement from your posts, just my view and humble judgement.
If there was some nefarious reason - for the US collaborating with Ukraine in developing biological weapons in the first place - then I highly doubt theyâd be disclosing that fact in official agreements.
The reason I posted it, and as @mick stated, there was simply a lot of denial and even ridicule that the US were ever involved in the business of funding labs in Ukraine, and where dangerous pathogens were made/held. Nuland later had to admit the truth, probably as those US funded locations and agreements were publicly available information.
As we can see, those labs are listed on the US State website. IIRC, I think I also posted a more complete list of those labs a long time ago.
Anyway, itâs an old discussion thatâs been put to bed.
Iâm not sure what these labels/ phrases refer to. I think you have some disagreement with some other posters here. Iâll leave you to it. I am merely responding precisely to @mick, and not interested into getting into any US/Russia/Ukraine discussion.
