My fantasy is that there’ll be a site in English, I enter my ARC number and aja! the past tax returns are there. I am probably living in a dream world.
I tried that website myself, but could not make it passed the captcha. I tried like two dozen times and I must have gotten it right at least once, so I am thinking my ARC ID does not work with that website.
There is a site, but it’s in Chinese, and you need a citizen digital certificate as a foreigner, or NHI card will do for Taiwanese.
