Looking to up my hot pot game by new years. Anyone know of any good recipes for the soup base from scratch?
Lots online just rely on a store bought base and adding spices to it. But looking to make it all from scratch. What we make now is pretty decent but it lacks that thickness good hotpots tend to have (prior to adding stuff).
Would love to see some peoples recipes or suggestions.
