Our house sake is from a very popular Japanese sake brewer, but I selected one carefully to match my preferred flavor profile. It’s also a Gold Medal winner for three consecutive years from 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Your holiday weekend schedules are normal or are you off on the long four day weekend?
Yup, we have special hours for this Taiwanese holiday season. We will be closed next weekend since everyone (including ourselves) will be doing the BBQ. (Learned this the hard way last year…we had ZERO customers.). For the double 10 holiday we will be open on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights for 3 days. 
I will try to go the three days your there! This weekend will have BBQ at home

Yes, that area of the city has many old alley ways with shops, cafes, and bars a bit like Japanese cities. And the sushi place is great, friendly Japanese-Taiwanese couple running it (only open weekends it seems)

We were open on Thursday and Friday on that long weekend. My wife went to Japan on Saturday so we couldn’t open. She’ll be back on Friday so we will open on Saturday only this weekend! Thanks and hope to see you soon!

Well, the day has come. I’m officially closing the truck and going back to full-time teaching. I’ll be open for June, and possibly the first weekend of July. I’m already fully booked on Friday the 28th.
I’m surprised that it lasted this long. We’re just not making enough money for the labor we put in. I’ve been slammed the last couple of years and the first year wasn’t bad, but now it’s overwhelming. I’ll miss all these wonderful people we met through the truck.
I’m tremendously thankful for all the wonderful reviews in our Google Business. It’s not easy to get that many 5-star reviews over and over again.
If the opportunity arises I may do sushi again after our kids get older. I felt like I had a grip on my craft and the demand was there. I just have to plan, market, and execute better.
My truck is for sale now. We do have leads but I’ll throw this out here. If you have a chance you can stop by I strongly recommend a reservation!
