How is The Balcony in Danshui? They open mid-afternoon on weekends and maybe some other days and have river sunset view.
I don’t know why this is in the Taipei City thread because isn’t in Taipei city. Should maybe be in a Damshui discussion.

Already went to Ximen, Bopiliao Historical Block & Treasure Hill. Not know they were popular attractions.
The river front at Tamsui is also great place the walk around.

Take the train to Ruifang, take the bus to Jiufen, then Jinguashi, then down to the coast, all the way to Fulong (there you can catch the train back). On the way get off at Nanya and Bitou Cape to go for walks. The scenery is special.
