The Louisiana investment was rejected 2-3 years ago, not sure if it’s been reported, but the entire team has been back in Taiwan for a while. They might turn it around, heard yesterday they are starting to consider venturing into the wine business.

Very bad sign that they are not a legit company or of corruption.
Although usually it’s just the owners son or daughter has some interest in wine so it’s probably just that. Datong is the same and probably a bunch of others.
A friend of mine who runs a very good restaurant business in Alishan just took all her employees to Europe on vacation for two weeks. They work hard but she rewards them with an annual trip abroad in addition to local holidays in Taiwan.
They get paid well.

well other air transport companies pay more still, and this one paying 75,000 gets still so many people apply. Also still air hostess major in Uni seems popular still.

It makes sense since it’s a semi state company so (probably) better benefits, career opps and not so easy to get fired. Yeah 75,000/mth is a good salary in Taiwan .

Work at Bank (I know failed get job at airline works at Bank). Airline and Banks quite selective on your looks, put nice data on your CV haha.
Also it helps if you know people working in these places. It also explains why bank service is often so poor here…job for life…

Yes, seems like easy job and did not know its for life. I thought teller looks nice, but maybe others did not notice this? So like om the sky, at banks outlook is also important.
NTU grads make less than most think. Air hostess pay is great based on this news. Even MTV hostess makes more.
