Yeah I have two passports that mostly gather dust while my ROC passport gets used mostly. It’s nice to have citizenships of convenience but it aint necessary.
At this point I can buy a few but who wants to live in Malta? ![]()
Arent they in the EU? With that passport, you have a lot of options.
Let’s see how Taitung goes. ![]()
They are and they are also one of the most expensive. E690k.
That’s illegal, I think.
Guy
Depends on the rocks…
National Park Regulations | National Park Service of Taiwan.
Maybe you could give @Mr_PBH a couple of hours to repent and quietly return them before reporting him to the police? ![]()
My rocks are simple earth rocks and none of the special magical cultural artifacts.
A good friend of mine and @anon24369109 is retiring in Malta soon and has already bought a big property there. He’s on his TARC now and will be on his ID next year.
I’ll miss him but at least now I will have a place to stay when diving.
Another one of those dual citizens who renounced his UK citizenship so can resume that. Better yet his ROC wife got Maltese citizenship by virtue of them being married for more than 5 years.
Getting multiple citizenship is just like strolling down the beach gathering rocks. Some you can throw away the other ones you keep.
It’s like citizenship is just all made up!
It is. It didn’t exist for thousands of years. I have lived without having any citizenship at all. It doesn’t stop one from living.
Missed your chance to be the next airport man.
Only two stand out countries… US and Canada. However, these two countries aren’t exactly the type of country that I would think is better than Taiwan anyway. So you’re not really losing much by renouncing
Mine already has
I think you mean USA and Canada… lol
Whoops! Corrected.
The UK is rat infested… but they aren’t yet on the level of the US lol
Reaching it though
Good news! I pick up my TARC and I’m all good, they already know that I can’t renounce so I don’t need to do anything else. Plus they keep the same id than my ARC
since, according to stupidly complex regulations, still means you are not a fully “pure” citizen even if you are a national. it’s so annoying…
Once u can set up your HHR they will give u a normal ID with a full normal citizen ID with either 1 (male) or 2 (female) after the first letter and you will HARNESS THE FULL POWER OF CITIZENSHIP
