The sons and daughters probably did not pay because Mom and Dad picked them up. Probably pocketed them too! LOL.
It is! I should have written APRC
Yes! Success!
APRC plus 1000 bucks = vouchers! (no need to show my health card)
Guy
Me too. In and out in 5 mins with just APRC and 1K in cash.
Can these vouchers be used to top up the EasyCard?
Not that Iām aware.
That would defeat the intended purpose of the vouchersāto incentivize consumption before the end of December.
In contrast, EasyCard top ups (thankfully!) donāt have an expiry date.
Guy
I donāt know you guys, but for a few seconds I felt myself fully included in the society. Ok, it passed.
I havenāt had a chance to spend my vouchers yet! Please donāt deny me that crucial yet unrealized dopamine hit.
Guy
How do we apply for the vouchers?
Just go to any post office with my ARC?
How does it work?
You can try 7-11. They would give you a gift card worth 4000 TWD in exchange for the vouchers.
Not sure this is still available.
You would need an APRC (not ARC) and $1000.
Meishijia has a spouse ARC
You received them with an ARC?
What are the vouchers called in Chinese?

The recent discussion in this thread concerns the availability of these vouchers, starting today, to APRC holders not married to Taiwan nationals.
If youāre an ARC holder married to a Taiwan national, scroll up and read earlier posts as this has already been discussed at length.
Guy
He replied to that some posts aboveā¦
I should have written APRC
I wonder if a foreigner spouse that also has APRC can get vouchers againā¦
The answer seems to be āno.ā The vouchers are a one-time offer.
Note these details from the K-Manās report posted earlier today:
The vouchers can be purchased between Nov. 16 and Dec. 30 and can be used until Dec. 31 [2020]. APRC-holding foreign spouses of Taiwanese who have already purchased the vouchers are not eligible to buy additional ones.
