Taiwanese food is great!

screw all y’all central european food is delicious and that’s end of discussion there because it’s honestly a bit off topic already but someone needed to stand up for it

Went out to Hehuanshan and was hiking at the top, but as I came down it started to rain and I was just freezing. Stopped off there because it was open, fucking amazing. Delicious greens, a nice warm soup, and an entire deliciously crispy but juicy earthenware chicken.

amazing. just bringing the best flavor out of simple ingredients

Looks like we have a candidate for the category of food that is uniquely and distinctly characteristic of Taiwan but that is not routinely eaten in Taiwan. The venn diagram is nearing completion, murrrghha ha ha!

Sliced boiled eggs on the left. Cheese melted on the right.

Back in the middle again.

Delivering what you’re expecting.

Cheese melted onto watermelon and mushy broccoli with sweet mayo?

Are you sure that’s cheese? Looks like something I hacked up one morning after a long night of debauchery. To be honest, the only thing in that post I would eat is the peanut butter.

Haha, that’s a bagel. It’s subway style, choose your own ingredients. Those were my choices…don’t judge :innocent:

It was amazing, and very filling !

Please elucidate…you’ve sparked my morbid curiosity.
