Betelnut flower is really good but seasonal and somewhat locational.

Betelnut Flower 檳榔花 is Yum

Really like eating betelnut flower as a side dish to accompany the rest of the dishes. Not so common in North Taiwan, but Central and South where betelnut farms flourish, it’s of course more readily available. Can’t really find any nutritional information about eating the flower. Google information just talks about the nut itself. If nothing else maybe at least has some fiber.
