And it is no more expensive than 官方運送. This time my package weighed just a little less than 2kg and it cost NT118. It is ok, right?
Yea private shipper I think is slightly cheaper than official ones, but private shipper has more leeway about what they can send. For example any powder, liquid, etc. can still be shipped but at a slightly higher cost compared to official, whereas official will summarily reject it. They also have discounted sea shipping for large items like furniture.
